Mirrors-Crystals-The Void

James hangs mirrors in his home, because he likes to know where he is in space. (“How do you see yourself?” Siobhan asks him).
Siobhan clings to her crystal because she wants something, anything, that feels familiar. (“Does it honestly help you?” James asks her).
They sit together by a midday fire, staring into the void of 2020.
